Rip Off on Detailing service. I paid additional $45 for carpet shampoo on top of 49.99 for Detailing. After sp ending $90 for a complete detailing, and not satisfied with the stains still on the front passenger side and back seat floors, I returned to discuss with the Manager and was advised that there Policy is not to give Refunds, only store credits. I advised the Manager that I took my car to a different shop in W.P. next to Olive Garden and for $49.00, they detailed and shampoo carpet, and confirmed that the carpet was not cleaned properly with proper cleaning stain removers. Managers need Customer Service training!!!
